Semester 1, 2019: Math Olympiad & GEP Classes
Maths Olympiad Training (MO) covers various problem solving strategies together with many standard topics of Math Olympiad curriculum for respective levels.
Lessons are designed by SIMCC Team to embark students on various Maths Contests. Each lesson is conducted by the discussion of each topic followed by a comprehensive set of related practice problems.
Suitable for students preparing for National Mathematical Olympiad of Singapore (NMOS), Raffles Institution Primary Math World Contest (RIPMWC), Singapore Math Olympiad for Primary Schools (SMOPS) and ACSI Mathlympics. Open to Primary 4, 5 and 6 students who won awards in any math olympiad or who participated in math contest training. An assessment test will be given to students without math olympiad awards or training who want to join in this class.
This is to prepare Primary 3 students for the GEP selection tests in 2019. Subjects include Math, English and General Ability. Open only to Gold or Silver medalists or SASMO, Math Kangaroo and AMO.
