Singapore Math Kangaroo Contest (SMKC) is an international mathematical competition with more than 95 countries. The key Competence tested by the Kangaroo is logical combination, not just pure knowledge of formulas. SMKC Contest content is like Singapore's Mathematics Curriculum. Problems require creativity, logical, thinking and challenge students to look at problems from a different perspective.
Open for Grade 01 (Primary 1) to Grade 11/12 (Junior College) for Singapore Students ONLY.

Singapore & Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) is one of the largest math contest in Asia. Gold awardees qualify for points needed for IJHS Induction. Gold/Silver/Bronze awardees are invited to participate in SIMOC and Gold/Silver award winners are invited to participate in IJMO.
Open for students from Grade 01 (Primary 1) to Grade 11/12 (Junior College).

Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) is a unique concept of mathematics competition which not only tests your ability to solve mathematical problems on pen and paper but also tests your ability to work as a team to play interactive mathematical games and solve puzzles.
SIMOC gives you an opportunity to compete with top mathematical talents from around the world and learn from each other as a team. Individual and team recognition awards are up for grabs.

American Math Olympiad (AMO) is an international math competition for elementary, middle and high school students jointly organised by SIMCC and Southern Illinois University (SIU).
It promotes the importance and a deeper understanding of math. AMO is open to all Grade 2 to 12 students and its framework is based on The US Common Core Standards.
A group of the best educators from Southern Illinois University with comprehensive knowledge and experience in the Common Core Math curriculum design unique papers to challenge the student and at the same time promote their interest in math. Some of the distinguished benefits (or The key benefits) of AMO are university scholarships, Global Scholars Program, International Junior Honor Society (IJHS) membership, tuition grants and internships.

SINGA was organized as a Global event, Singapore Math Team Global Challenge in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (2018) and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (2019) to share with all countries how valuable Singapore Math is as a teaching tool.
Starting in 2020, we will organise SINGA as an International Local competition so that more students in more countries can learn from the Singapore Math International Competition. SINGA will continue as a math competition with ambitious and important goals.

BEBRAS (International Challenge on Informatics and Computational Thinking) is an international initiative aiming to promote Informatics (Computer Science, or Computing) and computational thinking among school students at all ages.
Participants are usually supervised by teachers who may integrate the BEBRAS challenge in their teaching activities. The challenge is performed at schools using computers or mobile devices.

VANDA is an International Science Competition held annually around the world. The objective of this competition is to train our student’s ability to think critically and creatively to identify hidden information to aid them in solving the question.
VANDA follows closely the Singapore School Science Syllabus and is for students from Grade 3 to Grade 8. It tests students’ based on their level of content that they have learned and allows participants to do better compared to pure-Olympiad papers since they are familiar with some of the questions.

DrCT (Design Thinking with robotics and Computational Thinking International Competition) offers an interesting and fun platform for students to excel in computation thinking, problems solving, analytics, Artificial Intelligence and robotics.
The completion has very strong teamwork component, and it promote open communication, strong commitment, diversity of personalities and capabilities to work together to complete tasks assign to them.
By solving the contest tasks, projects with design thinking methodology, the students are encouraged to solve real-life problem using information technology and drive the growth of a robust ICT talent eco-system.

The International Junior Math Olympiad (IJMO) is an international mathematics competition which is held annually in different countries across Asia.
IJMO is organised by SIMCC in collaboration with the National Math Societies in Asian countries to identify and encourage potential young math talents in every SIMCC participating country.
IJMO empowers students with deep conceptual understanding and logical thinking skills beyond Grade-level.
To be eligible for participation in IJMO, only SASMO and AMO Gold and Silver awardees from each country are selected annually to represent their country.

GLOBAL HIPPO ASSOCIATION (The Olympiad) is an international event which promotes English language, challenges students around the globe to complete in English language knowledge, and improves the co-operation between teachers. The Olympiad encourages the development of a shared sense of identity and integration, serves as a role model for young people living together as one community.
The main goal is to create and nourish friendly relations, international understanding and a spirit of sporting competitiveness between young people interested in English language from all around the World.

Created in 1977 by Dr. George Lenchner, an internationally known math educator, the Math Olympiads went public in 1979. Last year nearly 150,000 students from 6,000 teams worldwide participated in the Olympiads. All 50 states and about 30 other countries were represented.

This year, we will be inviting our largest batch of 1,111 International Junior Honor Society Inductees for the Academic Year Honor Roll from August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021 (AY 2020/21). We are also awarding over 1166 scholarships and grants!
International Junior Honour Society (IJHS)
IJHS is an honour society that focuses on developing leaders and enabling its members to achieve SUCCESS in academic and life pursuits. IJHS provide its members with a variety of platforms and opportunities to unleash their full potential as well as connect with their community.
Membership is open to all students from Primary 1 (Grade 1) and above. Teachers are also invited to join as members to help mentor our students.
For students to be inducted into IJHS, they must have received at least 2 significant awards within the previous year (from August 1 to July 31). The following constitute significant awards:
At least a Gold award in local competitions such as SASMO, AMO, DrCT, NSC, SMKC, and VANDA
At least a Silver individual award in global competitions such as SINGA Global Finals, SIMOC, and / or STEAM AHEAD – IJMO, VANDA Science and DrCT Global Finals
